• Test e-mails & workflows
• Handle customer data for campaigns and create new segments (SQL)
• Troubleshooting e-mail and workflow related issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Skills

• Implement and adapt marketing automation workflows
• Create new personalized e-mails from provided copy and assets
• Test and optimize e-mails and marketing automation workflows for e-mail clients and deliverability
• Import, export, and update customer data
• Create SQL queries for customer segmentation

Relevant Experience

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (optional)
• Three years of experience as Salesforce campaign manager
